Our engineering department designs and develops our products as part of “build-to-spec” projects in a structured way, taking into account your technical specifications and project quality requirements (APQP, industrialization, etc.). We build customized offers in partnership with each customer.

Compressor customisation

Our engineers will analyze your specification and build a custom proposal. Our engineering capabilities include compressor performance simulation tools, 3D design, and assessment of performance in severe environments. Please contact us for your specific requirements.

PROTOTYPING AND TESTING

Whether building a brand-new product or redesigning an existing line for better performance or looking for legacy-replacement motor compressor with enhanced reliability, we have the technical expertise to design a solution to meet all your specifications and exceed your expectations. We can develop a prototype which will help you validate your design and purpose and confirm the validity of your own choices. We can bench-test the compressor or the motor designed specifically for you and determine the best running conditions of your equipment.

Production

With our compressor and motor shops, we are able to manufacture products in the quantities you need: unitary, small series and mid-size series. Ce are flexible and adapt to your requirements in terms of lead-time and quantity.

ELECTRONIC DRIVE / CONTROL-COMMAND

Our compressor controllers may be adapted to drive other cooling system components such as valves and fans.

We can design specific purpose ECM (electronically controlled motors) to answer any type or specification of cooling systems. We can design on order special electronic controllers that may be adapted to drive other cooling system components such as valves and fans.

We also propose packaging and cooling options for severe environmental conditions.
